We currently ship to addresses within South Africa. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

5. Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on orders over R500 (within South Africa).

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • A link to track your package
  • The name of the courier service

  2. Enter your tracking number on the courier’s website
  3. Monitor your delivery status

7. Delivery Process

7.1 What to Expect

  • A courier representative will contact you prior to delivery
  • Deliveries are made during business hours (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
  • A signature may be required upon delivery

7.2 Undelivered Packages

If the courier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts:

  • You will receive a notification to arrange redelivery
  • Additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges
  • Unclaimed packages may be returned to us after 7 days

8. Shipping Restrictions

8.1 Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Please ensure:

  • The recipient’s full name is correct
  • The delivery address is complete (including street number, suburb, city, and postal code)
  • Contact phone number is valid

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

8.2 Business Addresses

If shipping to a business address, please include:

  • Company name
  • Department or floor number
  • Reception contact information

8.3 Secure Locations

We recommend providing an address where someone will be available to receive the package during business hours to prevent theft or loss.


9. Damaged or Lost Packages

9.1 Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Do not accept delivery if visible damage is apparent
  2. Take photos of the damaged packaging and contents
  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@remedix.co.za
  4. Keep all original packaging for inspection

We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

9.2 Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your order:

  1. Check with neighbors or building security
  2. Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation
  3. Contact us within 7 days of the “Delivered” status

We will investigate with the courier and, if confirmed lost, issue a replacement or refund.


10. Order Splitting

On occasion, orders may be split into multiple shipments due to:

  • Product availability
  • Order size or weight
  • Warehouse locations

You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment. There is no additional cost for split shipments.


11. Click and Collect

Currently, we do not offer in-store pickup or click-and-collect services. All orders are shipped directly to the address provided.

  • Public Holidays: No deliveries or processing on public holidays

Orders placed on or before a public holiday will be processed on the next business day.


13. Changes to Shipping Address

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order:

  3. We will update the address if the order has not yet been processed

13.2 After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. You may contact the courier directly with your tracking number to request a delivery address change (additional fees may apply).


14. Delivery Exceptions

We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Strikes or labor disputes

Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take longer than our standard estimates. We will notify you of any significant delays.


15. Returns Due to Non-Delivery

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Package unclaimed

The following will apply:

  1. You will be notified of the returned shipment
